  • Problem

The following is information purposes only.  This term is defined in Teradici Support and Service Agreements.

Problem - an issue experienced with a solution that incorporates Teradici PCoIP technology

    Problem Example:

VMware Horizon View 5 added a requirement for a secure connection from the client to the View Connection Server (VCS).  Since PCoIP zero clients have an empty trust store by default (for security purposes), the proper CA root certificate, or VMware self-signed certificate must be uploaded to the zero clients in order to make a secure connection to the VCS.

This was not an error in the PCoIP zero clients, as they were working as designed. However, customer service requests regarding a secure VCS connection were considered a problem and Teradici provided support and guidance for uploading certificates to zero clients.
